Kre8tive Karma understands the importance of timely deliveries. We strive to deliver our gifts when you want them and where you want them.

We offer the following services:

Calgary Pickup $0 - Choose the pickup option and save on the delivery.
- Please phone Kari at (403) 829-9535 to arrange a pick up time and location or email us at info@kre8tivekarma.com
Regular Delivery within Calgary $18 - for first gift.
- Additional gifts ordered to the same location, $3 per gift. Totals will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Gifts will usually be delivered by the end of the next business day.
Delivery to Surrounding Areas
- $24 For Springbank, Bearspaw, De Winton, Heritage Pointe & Balzac
- $28 For Airdrie, Bragg Creek, Chestermere, Cochrane, Langdon & Okotoks
- $42 For Black Diamond, Canmore, Crossfield, High River, Nanton & Strathmore.
Rush Service $30 flat rate
- Within Calgary only. Orders will be delivered by end of business day if ordered by 10:00 am. Kre8tive Karma is closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipping across Canada and US
Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, we are not responsible for covering the cost to reship the order to the corrected address.

FAQs

All orders will be worked on within 1-3 business days of being received (often sooner) unless gifting date is far in advance. If an order is placed over the weekend, we will respond to it on the following Monday. Our hours are 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.
We work with you over text/e-mail to ensure you’re happy with your gift. Thank you for supporting our locally sourced, handcrafted gifting experience!
Since we prioritize supporting local and Canadian handmade businesses, product availability may occasionally vary. If an item in your gift is out of stock, we will substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Yes! We have lots of customization options available to give your gifting moment a memorable touch. From engraving names to personalized cards/gift tags, ribbon with your company logo to customized gift baskets for that special person - let us know how we can help!
