  • All orders will be worked on within 1-3 business days of being received (often sooner) unless gifting date is far in advance. If an order is placed over the weekend, we will respond to it on the following Monday. Our hours are 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.

    We work with you over text/e-mail to ensure you’re happy with your gift. Thank you for supporting our locally sourced, handcrafted gifting experience!

  • Since we prioritize supporting local and Canadian handmade businesses, product availability may occasionally vary. If an item in your gift is out of stock, we will substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
